He has received advanced training in the treatment of sexual addiction and intimacy disorders from the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals. A speaker, author, consultant, and counselor, Russ has worked with individuals, couples, church leadership, and lay groups. He has served as a missionary in Europe and an ordained associate pastor in the U.S. He has expertise in the treatment of sexual addictions, shame, trauma, codependency, and emotional intimacy disorders.
